There are a myriad of different barriers that may be blocking us from our optimal health status. For example:

You start with a Naturopathic Consult and allow the doctor to guide you. My patients and I have long talks about the options, plans, steps A and then B. We create this plan together and it is flexible based upon needs, lifestyle and desires.

We take ourselves on vacation, out to eat, etc and the high lasts for a finite amount of time, but an investment in your health and your future lasts so much longer and is more rewarding.
