Inflammation is actually the body’s way of protecting you. It’s a warning signal. However, most people don’t listen to the warning signal.
You feel pain when there’s inflammation. There’s usually heat associated with it. There’s redness, swelling, and loss of function.
I suggest that everybody follows the blood type diet because it’s anti-inflammatory. Blood type O’s should avoid wheat, corn, dairy and white potatoes. These are super inflammatory. Foods you want to add, are grass-fed meat, pineapple, ginger, spinach, kale, and collard greens. These are anti-inflammatory foods that are going to help decrease the inflammation.
Blood type A, you want to avoid red meat, dairy, corn and tomatoes, these are the key ones. To help lower the inflammation load on your body, you want to add onions, broccoli, soy, and pineapple.
Blood type B, you want to avoid chicken, corn, peanuts, and wheat. You want to add lamb meat, goat meat, Mietteaki mushrooms, and onions to lower your inflammation.
Blood type AB is always complicated. You’re a combination of A and B, so you’re going to get some of my A and some of my B that I just told you about. In order for you guys to avoid inflammation in your body or to get rid of it in your body, you want to avoid chicken, corn, coffee, and bananas. If you’re a blood type AB, I want you to add in soy, cultured dairy like kefir and yogurt, tomatoes, and berries—strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries.
Ginger, turmeric, and bromelain are excellent supplements for inflammation. You could do ginger as a tea, as a poultice, or as a smoothie. Ginger is fantastic. Turmeric is a wonderful natural anti-inflammatory. It is equal to or more potent than cortisone because it blocks enough Kappa beta. You can sprinkle that over food, put it in your smoothie, you can make a golden latte, etc. Bromelain is actually an enzyme that’s found in pineapple. It’s used to decrease swelling and it’s also anti-inflammatory. I specifically like this one for sinuses. It works well if you’re having knee issues, constipation, bloating, and gas. It also works really well for the lungs if you’re having inflammation.
Blood type O should be doing aerobic exercise to reduce joint swelling. I suggest that you do aerobic exercises three to four times a week with five minutes of stretching prior.
Blood type A, you really need to be doing calming exercises two to three times a week with light aerobic, like walking. My favorite for Blood type A is yoga and Tai Chi.
Blood type B should be doing moderate aerobic and calming exercises, like golf, tennis, and martial arts.
Blood type AB, you’re the same as B. It’s moderate aerobic and also calming exercises two to three times per week. Martial arts, Pilates, and swimming are the movements that you should do to help increase your circulation to decrease the inflammation.
Basil is anti-inflammatory and also an antispasmodic. It promotes rapid relaxation of the muscles. You can also use basal neat. Neat means that you can use it straight on the area that’s effective wherever you have pain or inflammation, you can use basil on the area. If you warm the area before you use basil, it actually intensifies the effect. Take a warm shower, a warm bath and then rub the basil on it. It actually makes it more of an effective treatment, not all the oils do that but basil is one of them.

Thyme is a natural anti-inflammatory. You want to use one tablespoon of the carrier oil to six drops of the essential oil and you want to mix it together and then massage it on whatever area is affected.
