Dosage Instructions:

Dosage: Take 1-2 softgels 1-2 times a day with food or as recommended by your physician.

Dosage:  Take 1-3 capsules as needed on an empty stomach or as recommended by your physician.  We suggest always starting with the lowest dosage and increasing only if needed.
