Dosage: Take 1 tablet a day with meals recommended by your physician.

Dosage: Take 1  capsule 1-3 times a day with meals or as recommended by your physician.

Directions: Apply ½ – 1 full pump daily optimally in the morning. Massage into skin rotating between chest, inner arms, inner forearms, thighs, and wrists or use as directed by your healthcare practitioner. This container yields approximately 70 to 80 pumps.  Each pump contains approx 100mg L-Arginine (10%), 10mg Vitamin B6 (P5P), 500mcg B12 (Methylcobalamin) and 100mcg Folic acid (as L-Methylfolate) along with MSM, Shea Butter, Coconut and Olive oil, Aloe Vera and Sunflower Lecithin in a rich cream lotion formulated for maximum absorption.
